01.

Your Enquiry

It all begins with a heartfelt enquiry via the website or social media. Once received, I’ll send the complete Pricing & Information Guide straight to your inbox. If it doesn’t arrive within the hour, please check your junk or promotions folder just in case.


02.

BOOK YOUR SESSION

After our chat, we’ll schedule your session and you’ll receive access to your personal client portal, which includes your invoice, contract, and questionnaire. A $200 session fee acts as your deposit, and your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and the contract signed.


03.

BEFORE your session

Kindly complete your questionnaire at least 4 weeks before your session so we can finalise details such as styling and wardrobe. Please also revisit the Pricing & Information Guide previously emailed to you, to help you feel prepared, relaxed, and present on the day. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Your SESSION DAY

Your special day is here, and I can’t wait to welcome you and your family to the studio for a calm, heartfelt, and seamless experience.


05.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Your fully edited gallery will be ready about 4 to 5 weeks after your session. You’ll then have 2 weeks to select your preferred digital package. You also have the option to choose from a range of keepsakes, including albums, prints, and frames.


06.

YOUR KEEPSAKE

Once your digital package is paid in full, your images will be available to download and provided on a keepsake USB. Purchased products will be prepared for delivery or collection, ready to be treasured forever.
