Christmas sessions are held at My Little Photography’s Hawthorn East studio in Melbourne. The studio is located at 199A Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East. Just moments from Camberwell Junction, Burke Road, and opposite the iconic Rivoli Cinema. Only 6km from Melbourne’s CBD.
The studio is a cosy, calm space designed to feel like home. Step into a place where Christmas family portraits come to life—a magical space designed for your family to slow down, connect, and celebrate the season.
The studio will be transformed with twinkling fairy lights, beautifully decorated Christmas trees, wreaths, and festive seasonal touches to wrap you in the true spirit of Christmas photography.

There is free 2-hour street parking available along Camberwell Road and the surrounding side streets. Please allow a little extra time to find a spot. Alternatively, there is all day undercover parking at Camberwell Place. This car park is managed by Nationwide and therefore parking fees apply. Please view their rates here.

UPON ARRIVAL
You’ll find the studio entrance located between ‘ABCD Cleaning’ and ‘Persian Rugs’.
If you’re bringing a pram, please note it will need to be left at the bottom of the staircase.
WHEN?
Christmas sessions are offered only once a year on selected dates and will not be available once these dates are booked out. To ensure you don’t miss the chance to capture these precious Christmas memories, please get in touch soon to secure your spot.

Digital Images
Selection of 8 professionally edited, high-resolution images, downloadable direct from private online gallery.
(Additional digital images can be purchased at $55 per image).

Please note, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due ten (10) days before your session date.
Chat with your children beforehand to prep them for a fun “modelling session.” You are welcome to bring along iPads, books, or toys to keep them entertained during the session.
TIP 2
Light refreshments (tea, coffee, water, biscuits) are provided. However, feel free to bring your own snacks or meals for yourselves and your child/ren.
TIP 3
Feel free to snap a few behind-the-scenes photos or videos on your phone to share with loved ones. You're also more than welcome to post them on social media—don’t forget to tag us:

STYLING
tips
Choose clean, neutral-toned, Christmas coloured outfits in colours that complement one another—think red, greens, olive green, whites, beiges, creams, soft browns, earthy shades. We recommend avoiding patterns or visible logos, as they can draw attention away from the connection and emotion in your images.
TIP 2
Please ensure nails are clean and, if wearing nail polish, opt for soft, natural tones. Your hands often find their way into the frame in the most tender moments.
TIP 3
Hair should be neatly styled, and makeup kept fresh and natural, avoiding heavy or dramatic colours for a soft, classic look.
TIP 4
Shoe selection isn't necessary, as I generally photograph clients barefooted, however more than welcome to have a nice selection of footwear for the session.
